No I have not....would love a Pepsi ... Just afraid that if I drink one and do ok I would do it more often and I don't want that addiction back.

I never liked pepsi but my child got a fountain pop pepsi and it was sitting right next it was hot out and it was cold so I took a sip it was so good but now I have the after effects bubbly gasy tummy

I took a bite of pizza and spit it out

I took a bite and swallowed it. It did ok! One bite was my limit! I try all sorts of things except for sweets. No sugar for me!

Down to 270.2 this morning' date=' for a total of 33 since surgery and 70 all together. How come I always seem to lose the day after I feel like I eat to much?? I thought for sure id be up today, and then BAM, I'm down!! No rhyme or reason to this sometimes! Anyway, ill take it! I finally get to see the spine surgeon on Thursday this week. Hoping to hear that he will help fix my back. Also hoping to hear SOMETHING from my LTD claims manager! Fingers, (and toes) crossed! Hope everyone is doing great on this Monday morning![/quote']

Congrats on the weight loss and good luck at the drs and with LTD

8 weeks out today. Cleared for all activities (also had my gall bladder out & 2 hernias repaired with my RNY). Currently down 30 since surgery. Going to start Supreme 90 Day in the morning (generic insanity). Guess we will see how it goes.

So tonight I bought the toasted coconut vanilla greek yogurt and the PB2 to add with my Unjury choc splendor its ok but I think next time I will do just 1 tbsp of the pb2 instead of 2. In the morning I will try the yogurt. I looked at the frozen yogurt but I was just too afraid of the amount of carbs. I think I will talk to my nut first.

I'm eating that yogurt right now! Have you checked out the Healthy Choice frozen yogurt? I eat them all the time. It does have 17 carbs per one. :) I only have issues if I eat two of them too close together, Sigh. And I have. I just slides right through my pouch

Hi everyone! I’m brand new here. I just went through all my pre-op requirements per my insurance company and now everything has been submitted and I’m just waiting for final approval and my surgery date. I’ve been doing research, watching YouTube videos, TikTok’s, ect.. trying to prepare my mind and what to expect so I’ll be ready for the surgery. I was so sure and so set and so ready and excited. However, now that I’ve done everything & it’s almost here, I am sooooooo scared! I know why I want it bc I’ve tried everything and I just don’t feel like I can lose weight by myself. I’m tired of being overweight my entire life. I’m miserable, but I keep psyching myself out afraid of GERD bc I know how that can be and I don’t want to have to get a bypass after already gaining the courage to even get VSG. I’m scared of complications like I’mgoing to regret doing it and be depressed that I didn’t just be more disciplined and try again to lose the weight on my own even sitting here typing this knowing in my mind i just can’t and don’t possess the discipline. I’m also afraid I won’t be able to handle the restrictions of the sleeve. What do I eat? I don’t know how to eat healthy really and don’t enjoy healthy food. I don’t know how to do this! I feel so defeated!Someone tell me they felt anything similar to this or am I not ready? I thought I was. I am so tired of being sick and tired and so tired of myself and so tired of being stuck and stuck in this body and somebody different on the outside from what I feel inside. I just want to ball up and cry.

The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
