And didn't you say you've lost 41 lbs? I know I'm only a little over 3wks out but I just don't feel like I'm losing. I'm eating right and working out basically every day. I'm trying so hard to be patient. And on top of that my floor is not leveled so I'm not able to get an accurate weight so I'm really not sure how much I've lost.

Yes I lost 44lbs but I'm almost 2 months post op and also started at a higher weight than a lot on here my sw was 363lbs what was your sw ?

I went back to work today again my residents were shocked how I looked it made me feel good

It always makes me feel good when someone compliments me on my weight loss as well. Makes me feel like I really am losing.

I think my sleep cycle has lost it's mind..about 3hrs is all u got last night and its time to hit the floor running. Night before last was only a bit better. Hmmm here's to hoping my concealer hides some bags happy Thursday

I was having trouble sleeping too. Called my surgeon and they recommended dissolvable melatonin- I got mine at Walgreens. It has helped me so much! I slept only 2 hours Sunday night but since then much better.
