Kat23 47 Posted June 9, 2013 So frustrated! Tomorrow is 7 weeks. I tried to help my husband with yard work. After an hour of low impact work I've had to go inside and lay down. I had surgery the same day and Ive been doing about an hour workout 4-5 days a week. I try to do about 20 minutes on the treadmill.. and 35-40 on the elliptical.
