Nel 189 Posted April 17, 2013 I have a question I'm a couple pages behind so someone may have asked this already but what's a binder? Hi, sorry nnaddour, I missed the question. It's like a ....girdle almost. It's a post surgical binder. i was considering buying one off Amazon. Like this http://www.amazon.com/ITA-MED-Elastic-Abdominal-Binder-AB-309/dp/B000WFR1WS/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1366231131&sr=8-2&keywords=post+surgical+binder
Nel 189 Posted April 17, 2013 Since I have that super sore spot by my belly button, my nurse is sure I pulled something, I'm ordering one in hopes I can stand working next week. Doesn't matter if I can stand it or not. I've got bills so I'll be at work bright and early on the 22nd!

My nurse told me those work better and are a whole lot more comfortable than the binders! Plus a lot cheaper HW 305 SW 292 CW 282 GW 150 1 Nel reacted to this

They hit me in a sore area and seem to hurt too much! I was hoping they would do it and my Spanx don't seem supportive enough
