I'm starting to become very frustrated. I'm no where near my goal and I really wang to be underweight. I know that sounds crazy but I look at it as a cushion. I'm not eating bad and incorporated exercising, but the scale isn't moving. It has been over a month and the worst stall ever!!! I bought yogurt with Protein and I'm going to add more protein to my shake. Anyone else experience a stall around 8/9 months or a stall lasting longer than 1 month?? Ughhhh!!!

Hang in there sweetie. Changing a few things up will help. When I upped my caloric intake the scale moved out of my month long stall. Weird I know but the body is gonna do what it wants

Remember muscle weighs more than fat. If you are now working out you are building muscle.
