Over 40 grams of protein shake

So I made Protein Shake out of this world... Its about time Protein mix which has 24 grams of protein no fat or carbs..1% organic milk has 9 grams of protein. 2.5 grams of fat a banana n 2 tap of fresh lb from whole foods...

That sounds delicious... I start shakes tomorrow... I'm definitely taking thus recipe and lookng for this at Trader Joes

Hate to tell you this but my doc says you only absorb about 30 grams at once with shakes. It is different with whole food Proteins.< /p>

What is the name of the first one and where did you get them

Its called about time. You can order on Amazon. Also every doctor is different. I also started eating. I'm only a few weeks out and I have to get my Protein in.
