Nel 189 Posted March 27, 2013 You lost 43 pounds in 8 weeks. Your body isn't like anyone else's and therefor you can't judge by them. . When else have you been successful in losing 59 pounds in a little over 2 months? I think you're doing STELLAR. Keep up the awesome work.
Lou:) 110 Posted March 27, 2013 I have not had my bypass yet and I have seen people lose weight quickly and slowly. It seems to be good if you are losing about 20 lbs per month. You don't see a lot of people lose more than 100 lbs in the first six months. Seems like you are on track according to what I've been seeing.
SoccerMomma73 1,867 Posted March 27, 2013 I was told to expect 2-4 pounds a week, you're at about 5 1/2 per week....that's almost a pound a day which is pretty freaking fabulous!!!!
