TraciW 10 Posted March 26, 2013 If you are not getting your Protein in you will feel sick. You need to call your surgeons office.
SoccerMomma73 1,867 Posted March 26, 2013 It took me about a week but I discovered that usually when I was feeling queasy or sick it meant I needed to eat...my stomach signals were crazy for a while. Try sipping warm broth or tea (decaf) and see if that helps....one way or another you gotta get your fluids in! Good luck!!! nvr2late 6 Posted March 26, 2013 I have to agree with SoccerMomma 73 regarding drinking broth. chicken broth always settles my stomach. It has ever since my surgery and it is a way to get in some fluids. Dehydration can also make you feel queasy so you need to make sure you are hydrated.
