Went to the Vitamin Shoppe today got my new

caribbean cooler Protein Powder

23 grms Protein plus you mix it with 16ozs of Water

So you get your protein and water in one drink

Also purchased some other flavors

This drink makes me feel like I'm on the beach

In the Caribbean where I go often.....

Yes I had a day before you ,phew time is flying , MrsB305, I'm okay still have my throwing up issues after eating which my doc said is normal when trying to reintroduce food but other then that I'm down 58 lbs so om trying you ?

I've gotten strawberry kiwi fuzzy Roadside Lemonade and fuzzy navel I mix this with crystal lite classic orange juice and it taste just like orange juice.
