I had my surgery October 25th and start weight was 289, current weight is 208 so 81lbs so far. Thanks, sometimes I get discouraged, but I just try to concentrate on my portions.

Me at my heaviest I was 360lbs. 11 months out I'm 220. I try to see the new me by putting pictures side by side... A lot of the times I still see the bigger person.
