Hiiiiiiiii my name is Heba I'm 32 ..married and have only 1girl ..im egyptian and i live in cairo ...I had my operation 6 months b4..I was 115 kg..now I'm 93kg... and ifeel like I didn't lose enough weight... I'm doing my best but my body works against me.... I started to see a doc last week

.he gave me a very easy diet 3 meals and 2 snacks.. but I didn't lose weight..I'm depressed and I hope u support Meeeeen...&Thanx a lot and I wish u the best

Heba, Welcome! This is a great place for support. Some of us here are just slower than others but the weight will come off. Just keep it up. It is hard but just think how much healthier you are now for your little girl! I bet she is beautiful!

Good luck and feel free to ask any questions you may have. Are you doing a high Protein diet?

Thanx dear sooooo much for the support...and I only get Proteins from milk products only such as yougert and cheese.. coz I find others so difficult to eat..and I choose the easy way no to eat soild foods...and I take pills.. centrum.. and Omega 3.6.9 is that wrong...?
