kraney 219 Posted March 21, 2013 I am on full liquids and have a question about Soups. Are most soups ok as long as they are strained? HW 227, SW 214, CW 222 - Loss To Date 13lb - Surgery RNY 3/14/

nienie 113 Posted March 21, 2013 Yes, I would find ones higher in Protein and i used milk to increase protein. One of my favorites was cream of Potato. 1 kraney reacted to this
kraney 219 Posted March 22, 2013 Thanks everyone I am trying to get more of the Soups with Protein and mixing them with milk to increase Protein. Anything I can do to get that protein in I am just having too hard a time with shakes.
