kmarcelle 2 Posted March 20, 2013 How do you know what works for you? How do you feel?
worm2872 635 Posted March 20, 2013 Hi! I can see we both went to MaGee for surgery. I had Dr. McCloskey. Anyway, if I am understanding you, it is a lot of trial and error. I took everything really slow at the beginning. I would try a bit or two of new foods and just wait. If I was OK, I'd have a little more. I can't cut my self off cold turkey with anything. So I weeded things out of my diet presurgery. Anything in particular you are looking for guidance on?
kmarcelle 2 Posted March 20, 2013 Nothing in particular like if you eat to much how do you feel? I love Magee great place. I only had surgery oon the 12th. I had applesauce yesterday it was ok. I guess
worm2872 635 Posted March 20, 2013 Early on you have to measure what you eat. It is so hard to "feel" since the nerves were damaged during surgery. If you eat too much you know it. It gets really uncomfortable to the point you feel like your stitches are going to burst. 1 nienie reacted to this
