CA712 111 Posted April 19, 2013 I am almost 6 weeks post op and just staying with Protein for the most part but today I had a V8 juice and I must say this has been the 1st day in 5 weeks that I had any king of energy. I felt like I could get a few things completed today withour feeling run down. I think I am going to start my day out the same way tomorrow. I miss my vegs. Yes-- 1-2 carrots, 2 celery stalks, 1 apple, quarter of a lemon and a few strawberries. Really yummy and loaded with Vitamins and minerals. It makes 8-10 ounces. I use all organic veggies/fruit.
