how many calories should I take in daily?

I've gotten to where I count calories,it's a app on my phone that i log my daily intake and its constantly saying im under my calories which are 1500 daily but isn't that to many for a gb person?

Probably I think you can adjust it in the program somewhere but it's just a guide don't worry about it do what you are supposed to you will do great

I asked my nutritionist how many I should be getting. She said on average about 600-800, but she said not to even pay attention to calories right now. She said right now you should only be counting the Protein because you can't possibly eat enough calories for it to matter much at this point.

If you use something like my fitness pal, you can change the setting for your daily calorie intake. I set mine to 600.

Thanks everyone cause it was starting to scare me,cause it seems like I can eat more now than I could 3weeks ago.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
