JustJenn 542 Posted March 18, 2013 Relax. Take your pain meds. Walk as much as you can without over doing it. If you sleep more than you would like forgive yourself. I had no energy for a couple weeks. Even a shower took all my energy. Just focus on Water, walking, and resting. .::SurgeryDate 7/25/12::. 2 Idagomez913 and kraney reacted to this

kraney 219 Posted March 19, 2013 Thanks everyone! They just told me sip, walk, and walk more. Since I had a transfusion they are more worried about clots. Just wanted to see if I should be so worried about Protein at this point? I'm totally getting Water in!
