How long are you on Clear liquids?? I was on full liquids before I left the hospital.

Its tough but you got to stay on your plan. .I had Clear Liquids for four days then full liquids...r u suppose to be on "clear only" fir two weeks? ? If not you can have cream of wheat (runny) Protein Shakes even some soups..

sugar free Jello, SF pudding, yogurt such as Damon light n fit Greek yogurt are ok too.

You might be experiencing head hunger and not real hunger.

Head hunger is just what it sounds like. At one week out you should not be hungry
