goddessblaze 98 Posted March 24, 2013 My physician told me to get a chewable multivitamin' date=' Vitamin D with Calcium, and a Vitamin B-12. Do the other Vitamins ( D, Calcium, and B-12) need to be chewable. Also what about the other medications I take, do the need to be crushed? Or can I just swallow them, they aren't that big.[/quote'] Flintstone complete. Calcium must be citrate. B12 can be subligual. You can get it at GNC. I couldn't take liquid multi vit. The taste made me want to vomit. gummies work well to, just they are not covered in sugar.
