LeticiaHuggins 177 Posted March 16, 2013 5 days until my surgery and this weekend will be my "food Funeral" weekend to eat (but not pig out) on all the yummie scrumpciously uplifting foods I can get my hands on. RIP you freaking delicious mouth watering obnoxiously fat Ass food. You will be missed but ALWAYS remembered. Moment of silence please! douchewafflebear 160 Posted March 16, 2013 Been on a food funeral since I started the process - KNOW WHAT - nothing tastes as worry free or good knowing what I’m about to embark on - The idea of giving up wings and pizza forever sounds pretty damn good - because those got me here - and I sure as heck don’t want to go back EVER I will follow Dr’s orders to the letter - and mine offers very few opportunities for the foods that got me here. padlrd 183 Posted March 16, 2013 I think we all do this thinking last time forever but after surgery you just think yuck on any food just not the same and think what use to be one bite is now a hole meal
LeticiaHuggins 177 Posted March 16, 2013 shasta you're right... The food isn't tasting as good as I thought it would. I'm making ceviche, grilled oysters and having my last corona today. Mighy have 3 coronas to Celebrate. I haven't drunk alcohol since July of 2012 while trying to lose weight but today Im going for it. 1 douchewafflebear reacted to this
padlrd 183 Posted March 16, 2013 Be carefully I was told change that I had to sign an agreement to not drink alcohol for a least 1 year after surgery
douchewafflebear 160 Posted March 16, 2013 are they sending the surgeon police? i don’t drink - so it won’t bother me much - but really having you sign something is pretty silly
LeticiaHuggins 177 Posted March 17, 2013 I normal dont drink at all... I haven't had a drink of anything since July/Aug 2012... Since I went completely healthy. BUT my surgery is in 5 days so today I plan on having a few coronas with my barbque. As for not drinking for up to a year. I'd be totally fine to never drink again. I'm not a big drinker anyway.
