tzbandtobypass 48 Posted June 13, 2013 I went to the dermatologist a couple months ago because I just couldn't stand it. She has me using two lotions. One is called duac and he other is aczone. It's made a huge difference already. I was getting nasty deep cystic acne constantly after surgery and now my face is back to normal.

Are u using anything on them? I had cystic acne some with my pcos but I have like this huge cluster between the lt corner of my mouth and chin and they are very inflamed. terry1118 1,274 Posted July 6, 2013 Acutane? I' too had severe ulcerated acne in my teens and early twenties. I took Acutane for four miserable months but it cleared up and stopped the acne. Same here, severe ulcerated acne. I took Acutane for five months in the early eighties. And it was one of the most miserable times in my life, but it worked.
