pookybear 284 Posted March 14, 2013 Just wondering, for those of you who are further out. Does your normal, or old, feeling of fullness ever come back? I have a hard time telling when I'm full. I can only tell when I start getting gassy, but my stomach feels the same. Re-Birthday: 2/27/
kiwiladydee 402 Posted March 14, 2013 That was my biggest question. The truth is u really don't want to go back to normal! That's what got us in this situation. You have to create a new normal. sunshine413 343 Posted March 14, 2013 For me, and I'm only 5-1/2 months out, I never feel the "same" full that I felt pre-op. Do I get full? Yes, without a doubt...but what I don't have is the guilt that I ate waaaaay too much of a food that is waaaaaaaay bad for me. 1 Tim Sebora reacted to this

music1618 879 Posted March 16, 2013 I feel like I have eaten thanksgiving dinner when I am full. Oh it hurts and when you have only eaten a little bit it can be tough.
