I made this today with some shrimp, diced tomatoes, jalepenos, garlic, pepper, and a tsp of EVOO. slowtogo 301 Posted March 14, 2013 It's kinda like rice. Cooked basically the same way. Got a nutty flavor. Basically follow the package instructions. I cook it before i add it to meatloaf. lilmickey78 52 Posted March 14, 2013 I bought a huge bag for $8 at costco. It's really expensive at regular retail grocers. It is organic, 100% whole grain, gluten free awesomeness. You cook it like you would rice, 1 cup quinoa to 2 cups Water, bring to rapid boil and the. Under low heat for about 15 mins. It expands so make sure you have enough space in your pot.
