groovykg 23 Posted March 12, 2013 A friend who doesn't know about my rny has asked me to join her at a dinner theater, for which she has tickets, but her husband can't attend. It's a buffet, so I'm not sure how to navigate it. I will tell her I had hernia surgery or something and can't really eat, but I'm sure there's something I can have. My doc has me on purees. In sure there will be Soup. Are mashed potatoes ok? Would watermelon be ok? I'm so nervous.
pookybear 284 Posted March 12, 2013 My nutritionist told me anything is ok as long as its soft enough to mash with a fork. I'm sure there will be a couple things you'll be able to eat. Re-Birthday: 2/27/13 1 nienie reacted to this
Nicole K 352 Posted March 13, 2013 Be careful with watermelon, it could make you dump.

douchewafflebear 160 Posted March 13, 2013 I’d get a big slice of prime rib and maybe a rack of ribs then I’d get a big mac and some fries... or you can say I’d love to - is it ok to just meet you at the theater part - 1 lmcgloon reacted to this
