Does anyone have any idea what percentage of the calories we take in are not absorbed due to the RNY? I use My Fitness Pal and it always says I'm eating too few calories. Just curious...I've never seen anything about this before.

My dr and nut say only lol at Protein that's what's most important according to my Fittness pal we are in starvemotion mode but I don't think there's a way to change to a Bariatric diet

11 months. Been following the same routine from the time I reintroduced 'real' food. Most days I have to start Protein heavy because I am not hungry most days...biggest change. Or I get hungry and take 1 or 2 bites and I am done. I also don't do either Nutrasweet...migraines...or gluten...cuts carb craving.
