kmiller 146 Posted March 12, 2013 Does anyone have any idea what percentage of the calories we take in are not absorbed due to the RNY? I use My Fitness Pal and it always says I'm eating too few calories. Just curious...I've never seen anything about this before.
padlrd 183 Posted March 12, 2013 My dr and nut say only lol at Protein that's what's most important according to my Fittness pal we are in starvemotion mode but I don't think there's a way to change to a Bariatric diet 1 douchewafflebear reacted to this
maria pepe 29 Posted March 13, 2013 I was told to focus on Protein first and foremost. I have found that a Protein Shake or w/ yogurt for Breakfast. Protein for lunch and dinner. Veggies and fruits for off meals and Snacks works best for me. Getting better with supplements.< /p> 2 monken and douchewafflebear reacted to this

maria pepe 29 Posted March 13, 2013 11 months. Been following the same routine from the time I reintroduced 'real' food. Most days I have to start Protein heavy because I am not hungry most days...biggest change. Or I get hungry and take 1 or 2 bites and I am done. I also don't do either Nutrasweet...migraines...or gluten...cuts carb craving. 1 douchewafflebear reacted to this
