latinalma 2 Posted March 12, 2013 Hi all!! What time should be your last meal?? I have been trying to take bites every 2-3 hrs as I can't sit down and take much. I have been going to the gym and everyone tells me that once I come back I should eat something as I am not taking enough calories throughout the day. I try to just do fluids when i return. Everyone has different schedules so I think what works with you is the best way to do it. I work 12 hour shifts and often wait until I get home to eat supper so sometimes I don't eat til 8. In the summer we eat later. I tend to sleep in on my days off and don't eat my first meal til between 12-2. Some people need a little snack before they go to bed. I would just find something that works for you and your lifestyle.
