nienie 113 Posted March 11, 2013 I initially had lots of Soups and now not as much as my diet has been upgraded. I still love a good Soup and have a few higher Protein ones stocked up. I am not highly sensitive to sodium and most of the food I eat is lower sodium and I also don't add salt to food so if I have a soup with sodium so be it.
