Alexandra39 72 Posted March 9, 2013 Before surgery I usually could only drink Water if it was cold or.sometimes I'd even add a little sugar for flavor (I know, bad). Since drinking cold drinks don't agree with me too well, I haven't been drinking plain water. It's just not the same for me at room temperature. So my liquid intake has been mainly Fruit20 or Crystal Light. Someone told me these have a lot of.sodium. I think about maybe trying plain water With some Sweet N Low... I also plan to try Isopure drink...I need the Protein. Any ideas on how else to keep hydrated?

nienie 113 Posted March 9, 2013 I drink crystal light lemonade and it has 35mg of sodium. I wouldn't worry about that small amount... if it helps you drink the Water then so be it. The most important thing is to stay hydrated. 1 Alexandra39 reacted to this

Going to.the market tomorrow to look for it and stock up hope they have it in stock! Thanks. 1 nienie reacted to this

Alexandra39 72 Posted March 9, 2013 I've been long for it because I really want to try it. They just have the regular Kool Aid at my local grocery store. I don't know if I have a Walmart here but I'll keep looking! Thanks!
ava129 1 Posted March 9, 2013 I like diet snapple cranberry raspberry, I add Water to it because it tastes sweet to me now. The 16 oz bottle is 1 serving and has 10mg sodium, 3 sugars and 20 calories. If you find it sweet too and water it down you can stretch your Fluid intake out from the 16oz serving to 24 or even 32 oz. just sip away!! 1 Alexandra39 reacted to this
