kmiller 146 Posted March 9, 2013 I'm ashamed of myself, but I'm confessing. I have eaten everything in the house today. Yes, I got in my Protein and Water, and lots more stuff I shouldn't be eating. I don't know what got into me. I'm not a person who feels full or dumps, unfortunately. I'm too old to blame this on monthly issues. Of course being at odds with my only sibling and finding out I have to have yet another hernia surgery, before I'm fully recovered from the one I had n February. I don't know. I'm making excuses for my bad behavior. So ashamed. :-(

Its ok. Your having an off day or moment you can get yourself back on track. Take a deep breath and exhale it will be ok just keep breathing. Never be hard on yourself. Take care.
