They are great. I emailed them with the same question. They sent me a whole bottle of any flavor I chose! I have found small sugar free bottles for $4 at Walmart...I bought all 5 flavors that they had!

I have only tried the vanilla and brown sugar cinnamon so far. Both great. Also have chocolate, raspberry, classic caramel, and hazelnut. I plan to add to shakes, yogurt...I'm looking forward to chocolate hazelnut yogurt!

Amazon has several varieties selection and good prices you can go subscribe and save and get free shipping and cancel it after it ships if you don't want that flavor again I got 5 basic for $35. Vanilla Carmel raspberry chocolate hazelnut I also got 3 white chocolate go $12

I added some canned pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, and the brown sugar cinnamon Torani to a vanilla Protein shake. It was awesome.
