Really there's no a lot you can do....time the underlying muscle (this won't shrink the skin), keep the skin moisturizers....the vast majority of it is going to depend on genetics, age, how long you've been obese, where you carry your weight, etc....but choose, healthy and saggy or unhealthy and not saggy?

Another way to think of it: almost everyone, regardless of weight, eventually has sagging skin. Some people have more, some people have less. But it is wonderful to be alive and grateful for the bodies that we have that make life possible. Yes, it would be wonderful not to have sagging skin. But even thin people get sagging skin. I can only suggest to try to be at peace with it. of course, there is always surgery for removing some of it.

I have sagging skin on my neck. Some is due to weight loss, some to genetics and some to age. I am at peace with it. I simply decided to be at peace with it and be grateful for the improved health and quality of life that weight loss surgery has helped to create.

Your skin will adjust somewhat after surgery. This will happen in the first year. Beyond that, plastic surgery is the primary option. I am 65 years old and for the most part this problem did not bother me. The exception was in my face. It became so wrinkled that it began to look like crinkled paper. Overnight, I began to look like I was 100 years old. My wife said to use Bio-Oil (available in CVS) on my face and this corrected that problem.
