Biotin?

I've been noticing some major shedding and just bought some yesterday (1000mg)...will it help?

It'll help it to grow back stronger and more healthy but, wont stop it from shedding

Biotin is a MUST in my surgeons requirements. I take 6,000 micro mg' a day = no shedding.

My doctor didn't mention this but do we need to get their approval to take or can we take it additional? I def need to find out my hair just started growing back thick prior to surgery so def need to find this out, I have some just haven't used it ....

Yeah need 5-6k a day my multi has it and I add Biotin too. Plus I have my hair in a weave. Keep stress off hair and try Biotin shampoos when u wash every 2 wks

I'm so glad you said that because I decided to get a sew in this weekend because of the shedding...and I will check my other vits to see how much biotin is in them so I can figure out how much more to add
