I am 3 months into the 6 month diet.

I always seem to diet then drink a coke or something I shouldn't and tell myself I will definately start tomorrow. Then tomorrow is ground hog day.

I know the seriosness (spelling) of the surgery but I need help to get back on track.

Any suggestions?

The best advice I can give you from my personal experience is that before you eat or drink something, stop and imagine yourself thin and ask "is eating this going to help me be my best?" That usually stops me because I believe that nothing tastes as good as being skinny feels. You have to get in your own head and deal with what u are craving and then banish it :)
