2bhealthy 45 Posted March 15, 2013 For my friends farther out: how long does the back and shoulder pain last? My abdomen is not sore' date=' I am not really nauseous, but my back is killing me. Any tips or tricks?[/quote'] HEATING PAD, HEATING PAD, HEATING PAD!! This has probably been the biggest lifesaver so far- my back was killing me- for days, but almost instant relief with that. I used it often and I can't even tell you how much it helped!

Marisela 104 Posted March 15, 2013 Hello everyone, I am finally home after 5 days at the hospital... I have been feeling ok, but OMG was I sleepy the whole time... The side and back pain are the only bother right now... Also, I think I need to take much smaller sips or else I start feeling that pain in my belly (not bad) but I can definitely live without it. All people at the hospital were more than great, my friends and family very supportive, doctors, nurses, staff everyone gets 5 stars. My journey is barely starting but I am excited to meet the new me pretty soon!!! Heating pad was a NO NO for me on the belly but worked wonderfully on my back. I need a timer for my sipping, I am now constantly looking at the clock to make sure I sip every 10 minutes, LOL. Thanks to all for making this a great forum, I'll keep posting any progress.... oh, and of course.... walk, walk, walk!!!! 3 cranialmalady, Wendilou and ElleG reacted to this
