female only severe hemmohroid!

ok so I have never had a problem with hemmohroids until after I got the rny, now I have one that will not go away, I have tried upping the h2o, Fiber, tucks pads, sitzs bath , preperation h cream , got suppository rx'd, can't take nsaids sure to ulcers, short to getting them surgically intervened I have done, anyone else dealing with them? got any good home remedies I have not tried? getting ready to go back to work abd need some relief I feel like I have a huge walnut in my a $$ for lack of better terms lol and stressing about time and pain and embarassment of seeing someone to surgically intervene ....

Hate them! I get them all the time. Use prep H but only fixes the swelling.
