jillahna1981 0 Posted March 1, 2013 I am going on week 4. Every time I sit I get this sharp stabbing in my left side. It's been going on for a week now. I can barely use the bathroom. It hurts so bad to sit. Has anyone else had or have this problem. I am having a hard time getting my Protein in. I am sick of the Protein Shakes. Any suggestions? annav562 40 Posted March 1, 2013 Yes yes yes!...left pain is the worse especially when going to bathroom ...well atleast for me it was...try a heating pad..if you can't get one make one..two socks and a 1 1/2 cup rice...microwave it ...and Walla! I googled it..lol...i needed one desperately. ..it really helped. ..also do try walking as much as u can...moving around will help also with the healing it does get better!
