I know we have to wait a half hour before/after eating to drink any liquids. Can anyone remind me the reason for this? I just had literally a couple of sips of Fruit20 flavored water. Does this mean I have to wait to eat?

no. Sometimes I "cheat" and drink a small sip of liquid after I eat to rinse my mouth. Basically the reason you don't want to though is because you'll 1) get full off the liquids and not be able to get protein/food in and 2) if you drink after you eat it can flush your food out of your pouch too fast so you don't get to absorb the food and you don't feel full as long.

Taking a couple of small sips won't ruin you. :)
