latinalma 2 Posted March 5, 2013 How are you doing? What stage are you at I'm on the soft food stage. I just don't understand I don't eat much either as it has been a struggle since surgery. Surgery date was 2/1/13 and have only lost 17lbs since, I also exercise 3-4 times a week 40-60 min. You don't know how bad I want to loose this weight. Any trick suggestion advice I would gladly take it as you have an excellent outcome CONGRATS again!
hortonshine 34 Posted March 5, 2013 To be honest I have hardly done any exercise. I try and make sure my Protein is always number one regardless if I miss out on every other food group. Your loss is not bad. Mine was slow in the first month too and I am still hardly ever hungry. Greek yogurt has been a very close friend and my Protein Drinks. I don't have much variety but if there is anything I can help you with don't hesitate to ask.
