mhcastellow 16 Posted May 5, 2013 I'm from Nashville, I had surgery April 1st. Dr. Olsen at Centennial was my surgeon. He's very very good. First month, down 45 pounds. Good luck to you both, stay In touch! 1 Myra reacted to this
Myra 0 Posted May 7, 2013 Sweet, how are you feeling? Are you in a support group? I'm doing my cleanse tomm and I am not looking forward to drinking it, lol.
mhcastellow 16 Posted May 7, 2013 Hi, I agree the cleanse isn't fun at all. I'm 5 weeks out now, and I'm feeling good. I won't lie the first two weeks I did some crying. My best advise is, do exactly what your doctor tells you to do. Stick with the allowed foods. I'm down 47 pounds already. I had my surgery at Centennial, where are you having yours and when? I wish you all the best! Stay in touch, I am glad I did it, but that doesn't mean it's been easy. Centennial is one of the strictest programs, but I'm glad! Take care! mhcastellow 16 Posted May 13, 2013 I'm glad you're doing well. For the first couple of weeks I was on a liquid diet, for the first week, and Protein Shakes mostly the next. I bought Protein Powder from the Vitamin Shoppe, the nectar brand. Sam's sells Premier Protein I love the chocolate, and it has 30 grams of Protein each. Take good care of yourself, don't forget the Water and protein. Good luck and stay in touch!
