Alexandra39 72 Posted February 25, 2013 The pounds are coming off quickly and I'm excited about it but I am also feeling low energy. I tire easily. I go out for walks and some days I'm okay but most others I am tired after walking just a few blocks. It's a bit frustrating. I am trying my best to keep up With all my Vitamins. My doctor said to walk and even start exercising a bit. With this energy level, I can't even think about exercising yet. Anyone else have low energy?
daluvoflife 41 Posted February 25, 2013 I'm 6day post op and feel the same way even though u have more time than me. I am so tired walking is my big chore. I do it when the pain is low and about 10mins in I feel like I'm going to fall out. Hoping to get my energy level back 1 Alexandra39 reacted to this

agirlofaith 71 Posted February 25, 2013 I'm only 5 days postop and I'm majorly tired. I could have slept all day if my husband hasn't woken me up after a 3 hour nap. I wish I had energy! 2 Alexandra39 and monken reacted to this

michelecaples 224 Posted February 26, 2013 I go to bed at 7 or 8 every night. I find I enjoy the sleep and it keeps me away from food during the major snacking hours 1 Alexandra39 reacted to this
