I really like MFP! It was my wake up call about what I was eating! I would think "Oh, I did pretty well today" and then I entered it into MFP and was shocked! It helps me make better choices now and keep track of my nutrition levels. It is also nice to use when I'm eating out. I can look up various Entrees and make the best decision. My name is emoesque23
