For breakfast I have 1 serving of Special K Protein w FF milk. If I need more, which I generally don't, I'll have a piece of fruit. cheese stick and a deli meat for lunch w fruit. Dinner: generally chicken w veggies. I still drink Protein too. I am never hungry enough to snack, but if I do it's because I didn't eat what I planned for a meal which became a snack.

That is an example of a day.

I am not cleared for more than walking right now. I had a complete hysterectomy 4 weeks ago w complications 2 weeks ago.

But before the hysterectomy, I was on the treadmill walking between 3.6-4.0 mph w random inclines. I also used weight machines for chest, butt, legs and arms. The speed walk was my fav. I did it for an hour at least 5 days a week. I didn't work abdomen cuz I was recovering from the RNY preparing for the hysterectomy which were 1 1/2 months apart.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...
