one4ozzie 434 Posted February 24, 2013 For breakfast I have 1 serving of Special K Protein w FF milk. If I need more, which I generally don't, I'll have a piece of fruit. cheese stick and a deli meat for lunch w fruit. Dinner: generally chicken w veggies. I still drink Protein too. I am never hungry enough to snack, but if I do it's because I didn't eat what I planned for a meal which became a snack. That is an example of a day. one4ozzie 434 Posted February 24, 2013 Okay thanks!!!! What kind of exercises you do?? I am not cleared for more than walking right now. I had a complete hysterectomy 4 weeks ago w complications 2 weeks ago. But before the hysterectomy, I was on the treadmill walking between 3.6-4.0 mph w random inclines. I also used weight machines for chest, butt, legs and arms. The speed walk was my fav. I did it for an hour at least 5 days a week. I didn't work abdomen cuz I was recovering from the RNY preparing for the hysterectomy which were 1 1/2 months apart. Gen :-) 12/15/
