Ab1986 14 Posted February 23, 2013 Heard back yesterday from the insurance company. After I did all the work, they want me to do an additional 2-3 months of diet documentation with my PCP. :-( Looks like it won't be until May that I have my RnY. Oh well, atleast I can eat on my vacation now! Lol

Ab1986 14 Posted February 23, 2013 Just that they wanted me to try for an additional 2-3 months. After that they will revisit. I believe it is because I have a Medicaid PSN. When I spoke to the customer service they said they usually try to push for 1 year of diet with the PCP. :-( I have 6 months. If I have to do another 6 months I will. It's all about the long term and it will be worth it. I am ready to stop being in pain and start being able to breathe and live.

michelecaples 224 Posted February 24, 2013 It is tough dieting, but rny is tougher. Diets let you have a break for vacations, rny is forever. I dont regret, but I.think we would all like to eat whatbwe want and still be thin
