AliG 17 Posted February 22, 2013 My son just made some Peanut Butter Cookies that are really good. They have NO sugar or flour. He made them with 1 cup peanut butter, 1 egg, and 3 scoops vanilla Protein powder (1 scoop is roughly 1/3 cup). They are packed with protein! So simple to make with hardly any ingredients. They are sweet-sweet like regular peanut butter cookies. But it tastes great to have a healthy protein rich homemade cookie! 2 LuzAgundez and i8claudia reacted to this

But they have the cookies consistency and chew. 2 UniquelyMe73 and Cheryl Barfoot reacted to this

erikaloftin 62 Posted February 23, 2013 did he bake them? What heat for how long? 1 AliG reacted to this
AliG 17 Posted February 23, 2013 Sorry for not adding the rest of the directions. He said he baked them at 350 for 8 minutes. He also scored them with a fork like you usually do with Peanut Butter Cookies.< /p>
nienie 113 Posted February 23, 2013 These sound so yummy... I had a low carb Peanut Butter cookie recipe that was similar without the Protein Powder but I love the idea of adding high Protein. Thank You!!!
swimbikerun 1,046 Posted May 4, 2014 You can put a few things on top of them too. Should be great!
