BBdoodle 483 Posted February 22, 2013 I had a 2 1/2 month stall, I did not gain but I did not lose either. It has passed, just stay focused, continue your exercise and maybe change up your food. I started exercising longer and with more intensity and that got me out of my stall. Weight can vary during the day.... I weigh myself in the morning after I worked out, and after I went #1 and #2, I think you can get the best reading at that point Stay focused it will pass and you will lose again !!!
