So my Surgeons office sub,it tend to insurance yesterday. I have a tenative surgery date of March 4th IF my insurance approves my surgery. I'm really hoping they approve but now I am nervous. I go on vacation Sunday so I will be following the low carb/high Protein diet starting today. Next Monday I will have to start the 2 Protein shakes a day in place of meals and one light meal for dinner.

Any tips to get through it all? Things to bring to the hospital? Favorite Protein Shakes and Vitamins?
