Jessica9190 127 Posted February 18, 2013 Ok I am at work today, my first full day back. I was trying to think of something to eat for lunch. I have had a really hard time with food. I saw this post and thought ok I will try that. The lowest amount of sugar I found in non fat plain Greek yogurt is still 7g per serving. Most were 18+. Is that about right or is there a sugar free/fat free Greek yogurt?
chrishalas 11 Posted February 19, 2013 You want non-fat plain Greek yogurt. Remember. Look at the serving size. The one I have is 8oz (a cup) and you are dividing it into (4oz) 1/2 cup portions, so you are only getting 1/2 the amount of sugar that's in a serving.
