So I start my two week liquid diet I meet with the surgeon today and I start my WLS YouTube channel! This is gunna be a long two weeks! Turned my Protein Shakes into Popsicles lol I couldn't bare the taste of them being swallowed!

Yes but the surgeon just told me today I can have salad but no meat with my clear liquid. So I was excited
