Have my pre op class today from noon to 4pm. I am gonna learn how everything works from start to finish! I am very excited and can't sleep. If I feel like this for a pre op class, how am I gonna feel before surgery! What anxiety!

I have to say that with all of these classes I have never felt more prepared for anything in my life!! It helped ease anxiety the day of

Glad it is over but sorry you are having troubles! As far as the soreness, I think it is safe to say that everyone's so different. Our other April 1st girl is having no trouble. Get well soon and keep us updated!

I agree! I also checked out every bypass book our small library had! I've been an RNY addict on the internet! Think I am very well informed and ready to go! Bring on the 22nd!

So good to hear from you Nella! I think if you're having trouble breathing from soreness, you probably need to ask for more pain meds. I hope you feel better soon!
